There are many animals which have some form of natural camouflage. For instance, octopi can alter the color of their bodies on cue to blend in with the rocks on the ocean floor around them. Leopards have distinct spotted patterns in their fur that allows them to better blend into the grasslands and forests in which they hunt. Humans, unfortunately, have never had any natural camouflage. But that hasn’t stopped us from using our brains to create our own.
